I took one of my favorite photographs of the Flatirons and converted it to an “oil painting” using Photoshop filters. I think the technique works really well with this particular image. The key is to start with a strong photograph and enhance it with filters rather than to try to save a less-than image. Thanks for visiting!
30/30 Day 24
This is just a plain old composite. I really like the colors of the sky against the orangy flowers in the foreground. This is a bit rough but it would take a lot of time to refine it and, well, it’s got to be done in a day for the challenge. Enjoy! Thanks for visiting.
3/30 Day 17
A beautiful hike just south of Boulder. These are the moments from the hike, collaged together as remembered. Thanks for visiting!
30/30 Day 9
Yesterday's walk was a beautiful meander around the lake and along the reservoir. The clouds were settled at ground level and the light and haze were a lovely and surreal landscape. This collage was made in PS Express, combining 4 images with the horizon line the thread holding it together. Thanks for visiting!
